Warm Kale With Dried Cranberries

Ingredients

  1. 500 g kale, destemmed
  2. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  3. 2 tsp. olive oil
  4. 1/4th cup dried cranberries 

Instructions

1. On the stove, boil some water and add a pinch of salt to it. Add the destemmed kale and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.

2. Drain the excess water and transfer the kale to an ice bath immedietly.

3. Cook garlic in oil a pan, until golden brown. Add kale, dried cranberries, salt, pepper and cook.

4. Optional: Add cherry tomatoes
