Ingredients

250 g prawns

1 tbsp. ghee 

100 g unsweetened yoghurt

1 tsp. ginger garlic paste

1/4 tsp. turmeric

1 tsp. red chilli powder

½ tsp. garam masala

½ lemon, juiced

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the turmeric, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and garam masala.
  2. Add in the prawns and marinate overnight. 
  3. The next day, heat the ghee in a frying pan and cook the prawns.
  4. Next, flame grill or BBQ the prawns for a few seconds to give them a nice char.
  5. Serve with a fresh salad.
