1Will a diet plan be provided?

We sincerely believe that diets don’t last, but habits do - which is why we provide you with the framework so that you can adjust the rules to fit your lifestyle best. However, we do provide you with a flexible sample day of eating and a list of foods to avoid, include and limit. For a structured meal plan, check out our personalized nutrition coaching program.

2How does the program work?

During Week 1, we teach you how to prepare physically and mentally for the 2-week challenge. In Week 2 & 3 - you eliminate common trigger foods and adopt a whole foods lifestyle. Finally, through Week 4 we gradually transition you out of the challenge, reintroducing the previously eliminated foods and provide you with a maintenance plan - moving forward.

3Can you work with young, old, overweight, already fit, inactive, etc. etc.

We do not offer extensive lab work or medical treatments. Given that this is a group challenge, the material is not tailored to individual needs but covers the foolproof basics to lead a whole life that individuals from all walks of life can benefit from.

4Will I have to starve?

The simple and short answer is NO! Remember this program isn’t about deprivation, calorie counting, eating less or moving more. The meals are designed to ensure your blood sugar is balanced, your taste buds are satisfied and your wellbeing is taken care off.

5I’m vegetarian/vegan/ have certain food intolerances. Can I still join the challenge?

Absolutely. You will be provided with a flexible same day of eating and a list of guidelines, that you can customize to best fit your preferences. You will also receive suggestions about which foods to eat more off, which to eat in moderation and which we think you should avoid.

6What is the difference between the personalized nutrition coaching program and the challenge?

The challenge is a group program - which opens twice a year. Unlike the personalized coaching program which is more comprehensive/need-based and customized to individual needs after 1:1 follow-up with Kripa - there is no unique tailoring offered in the challenge.
The challenge is a flexible group program. It is a comprehensive, science-based approach to ending food addiction, and creating safe weight loss and long-term optimal health.
It is for anyone who wants to experience what true wellness feels like, and for most people, that realization is just a few days away.

7What is the difference between the Eat Yourself Healthy Challenge (EYH) and The Blood Sugar Balance Program (BSB)?

EYH is a lengthier and habit-based coaching challenge that teaches you how to support your body in the best ways possible from stress management, sleep, nutrition, training and all the other domains of your lifestyle that have a direct correlation to your health. Each week we focus all our energy towards a single goal so that it’s deeply embedded into your system without overwhelming you by changing a hundred things at once. BSB is essentially a stricter, 2-week reset program for those looking to balance their gut health, break through a plateau, deal with blood sugar related issues such as Insulin Resistance, Diabetes and PCOS, fight inflammation, improve brain function, fight chronic disease or even just lose some body fat!

8Do you offer training programs?

We stick to what we’re really good at - which is nutrition coaching. Although, we make sure your eating habits best support your training regimen.

9Where do I go for questions?

You have 24/7 access to us via the Facebook support group or email. Depending on the volume of messages we receive, you may not get an individual response right away, but we will get back to you as soon as possible!

10How do I stay accountable?

We provide you with a simple daily checklist tracker for the 2 weeks of the reset phase. You simply have to tick off tasks as you do them! On the 2nd and 3rd Sunday’s of the challenge, we require you to send in a copy of your checklist - so that we can provide feedback on what’s been done well and what can be done better!

11Why the Facebook support group?

Participating in a community helps one stay motivated, stay on track and accountable for daily progress. It’s a great way to garner support from individuals who are working towards the same goal as you!

12How is the winner decided?

This decision is based upon your compliance with the guidelines and weekly challenges. How regularly you fill your logs, your interactions with other group members, your body composition progress as well as other biomarkers that we assess at the beginning and end of the challenge.
