Will a diet plan be provided?

Our goal with the challenge is to put you back in control of your wellbeing and stay that way for good. We sincerely believe that diets don’t last - but habits do, that’s exactly what we intend to give you. Over the course of 4 weeks, we equip you with all the tools and strategies to help you look, move and feel your best - so that you can customize our resources to best fit your lifestyle. Can you work with young, old, overweight, already fit, inactive, etc. etc.

We do not offer extensive lab work or medical treatments. Given that this is a group challenge, the material is not tailored to individual needs but covers the foolproof basics to lead a whole life that individuals from all walks of life can benefit from.

Will I have to starve?

Our nutrition principles are based on sustainability - about you being able to implement the changes you adopt in the long run. Unfortunately, starvation and restriction do little to support this goal and the only thing you lose on these extreme measures other than your mind is your valuable time!

I'm vegetarian/vegan/ have certain food intolerances. Can I still join the challenge?

Absolutely. We won't put hard and fast rules on what to eat/what to restrict. You will be provided with a list of foods and guidelines, that you can customize to best fit your preferences. You will also receive suggestions about which foods to eat more off, which to eat in moderation and which we think you should avoid.

What is the difference between the personalized nutrition coaching program and the challenge?

The challenge is a group program - which opens twice a year. Unlike the personalized coaching program which is more comprehensive/need-based and customized to individual needs after 1:1 follow-up with Kripa - there is no unique tailoring offered in the challenges.

The challenge is a flexible program, wherein you are provided with all the pertinent resources, which require a bit of self-studying so that you can learn to support yourself!

What is the difference between the Eat Yourself Healthy Challenge (EYH) and The Blood Sugar Balance Program (BSB)?

EYH is a lengthier and habit-based coaching challenge that teaches you how to support your body in the best ways possible from stress management, sleep, nutrition, training and all the other domains of your lifestyle that have a direct correlation to your health. Each week we focus all our energy towards a single goal so that it’s deeply embedded into your system without overwhelming you by changing a hundred things at once. BSB is essentially a stricter, 2-week reset program for those looking to balance their gut health, break through a plateau, deal with blood sugar related issues such as Insulin Resistance, Diabetes and PCOS, fight inflammation, improve brain function, fight chronic disease or even just lose some body fat!

Do you offer training programs?

We stick to what we're really good at - which is nutrition coaching. Although, we make sure your eating habits best support your training regimen.

Where do I go for questions?

You have 24/7 access to us via the Facebook support group or email. Depending on the volume of messages we receive, you may not get an individual response right away, but we will get back to you as soon as possible!

How do I stay accountable?

Each week you are provided with a fillable tracker. We require you to fill this in daily and send it in every Sunday. We go over each one of your checklists carefully and highlight the areas which need to be worked on as well as what’s been done really well.

Why the Facebook support group?

Participating in a community helps one stay motivated, stay on track and accountable for daily progress. It's a great way to garner support from individuals who are working towards the same goal as you!

What should I expect at the end of the challenge?

Your individual outcome will depend on a number of factors inclusive off but not limited to your health history, current lifestyle, activity level and most importantly your consistency with the changes you choose to implement. But be realistic about what to expect in a few weeks. If you are currently extremely overweight, don’t expect to wake up in 3 weeks and see a rock-hard six-pack. At the same time, if you clean up your lifestyle and habits - you will be sure to see a change. Whether it's an inch knocked off from your waist, better energy levels, better focus, better blood sugar levels, better skin or even better sleep.

How is the winner decided?

This decision is based upon your compliance with the guidelines and weekly challenges. How regularly you fill your logs, your interactions with other group members, your body composition progress as well as other biomarkers that we assess at the beginning and end of the challenge.
