Ingredients

  1. 1 scoop Whey Protein
  2. 1 cup Mashed Banana/Apple Sauce
  3. 1/4th cup Nut Butter
  4. 2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder, unsweetened

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 160 C

Grease a baking tin with cooking spray

Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter

Pour in the mixture into the tray

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a knife comes out of the centre clean and/or the peaks are bouncy
