  1. 1 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  2. 2 Large Eggs
  3. 1 tbsp. Psyllium Husk
  4. 1 tbsp. Olive Oil/Butter
  5. 1/2 tsp. Oregano/Dried Italian Seasoning
  6. Salt, to taste
  7. 2 tbsp. No Added Sugar Tomato Puree/Sauce
  8. 1 cube of Cheese (30 g), grated



In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, psyllium husk, salt, and Italian Seasoning well

Crack in the eggs. Mix well with a hand blender

In a pan heat the cooking fat. Pour in the egg mixture

Once the edges have started to brown (2 minutes), flip over the crust and cook for 30 seconds

Spread the sauce evenly across the crust

Add the grated cheese. Let it sit in the pan for a minute or until the cheese melts

Serve hot!
