Homemade Almond Butter-2 Ways

  1. 300g almond
  2. 1 tsp. honey
  3. Cinnamon (Optional)
  4. Handful of rasins (Optional)


Heat oven to 350 F. Spread the almonds on a baking tray and roast for 10 mins.

Remove the nuts and allow them to cool.

Put into a food processor and blend, stopping every so often to scrape the sides down, and finish with a drizzle of honey.

Tip: Add cinnamon and raisins and mix it in for added natural flavour.
