Baked Carrot Fries

Ingredients

  1. 2 carrots
  2. 1 tablespoon Olive Oil / Butter
  3. 1 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  4. 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
  5. 1 tsp. Pepper
  6. Fresh parsley, optional
  7. ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200˚C.

Chop the carrots into "fries".

In a large bowl, mix ingredients with carrot sticks.

Spread on a baking tray.

Bake for 18-20 minutes (more if you want them crisp).
