Beetroot Chips

  1. 1 kg. Beets, peeled
  2. 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  3. Salt
  4. Black pepper


Preheat oven to 350°. Line with baking paper

Thinly slice the beetroot. In a large bowl, toss beet slices with oil to coat evenly.

Bake until crisp, 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through baking. Cool chips and blot with paper towels to remove any excess oil. 

Toss with salt and pepper to taste.
