Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cups Greek Yogurt
  2. 1.5 cups Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
  3. 4 tsps Vanilla Extract 
  4. 4 tsps Olive Oil
  5. 3/4 cup Oats
  6. 6 tbsps Almonds 
  7. 2 1/2 cups Fruit
  8. 2 cups Blueberries (optional)

Instructions

Blend together yogurt, cottage cheese, vanilla extract and olive oil. Add the oats and place in a jar/bowl. 

Refrigerate overnight.

Top with fruit and serve.
