Crispy Bhindi (Okra)

  1. 250 g Okra, chopped
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1 tsp Red chili powder 
  4. 1 tbsp Oil


Toss the cut okra with oil, salt and chili powder (make sure they are evenly coated in oil and spice)

Transfer them onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10-15 minutes or until the okra turns crisp and golden.

Serve hot!
