Dark Chocolate Covered Walnuts

  1. 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (70% cocoa)
  2. 50 walnut halves


  1. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Place chocolate chips in a small glass bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then continue microwaving in 20-second intervals until melted, stirring after each interval.
  3. Dip half of each walnuts into the melted chocolate. 
  4. Place the dipped nuts on the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate and serve when the chocolate has hardend .
