Ingredients

  1. 6 Whole Eggs
  2. 1/2 cup Diced Bell Peppers
  3. 3 tbsp. Bacon Bits (Optional)
  4. 6 tsp Cheese
  5. Cooking Spray

Instructions

Cover a muffin tray with cooking spray

Crack in 1 whole egg into each slot

Add 1 tsp. cheese to each slot

Add in the toppings : bell pepper/bacon bits

Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 160 degrees
