Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  2. 1/2 tsp virgin olive oil
  3. 1/2 tsp cinnamon & nutmeg
  4. 1/3 cup blueberries
  5. 1 peach, chopped
  6. 2 tsps raisins 
  7. 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium serving bowl combine cottage cheese, oil, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  2. Gently stir in peach, raisins, blueberries, and walnuts.
  3. Serve immediately.
