Kale Chips

Ingredients

  1. 1 large bunch kale, destemmed 
  2. 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  3. Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1.  Preheat to 400 °F.
  2. Dry the destemmed kale leaves. Drizzle the kale with oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Fill 2 large baking trays with a layer of kale. 
  4. Bake until most leaves are crisp, 10 to 12 minutes total.
