  1. 3 Tablespoon Almond Flour
  2. 2 Tablespoon Mozzarella Cheese 
  3. 1 Tablespoon Coconut Milk, Full Fat
  4. Pinch of Salt
  5. Pinch of Cumin Powder and Asafoetida
  6. 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil/Ghee, for frying


Combine the Almond Flour, Cheese, Coconut Milk, Salt and Spices to form an even batter.

Heat the pan, then add some cooking fat to it.

Pour the batter in the pan, spread it in the tava like a regular dosa/crepe.

Cook it until the dosa is golden brown.

Serve with coconut chutney!
