  1. 2 Whole Eggs
  2. 2 tbsp. Milk (Or Non-Dairy)
  3. 20 g Mozerella (Fresh)
  4. 2 Slices Chicken Ham (75 g)
  5. Herbs
  6. Salt, To Taste


Crack the eggs into a bowl add a dash of milk and pinch of salt. Whisk well.

In an open pan, on a low flame heat some olive oil/cooking spray and add the eggs.

Once the eggs start to set, break the chicken ham into pieces and layer onto the eggs

Garnish with cheese and herbs. Cover the pan and let it set. This should take 2-4 minutes.

Once cooked, serve hot!
