Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup unsalted almonds
  2. 1/4 cup unsalted walnuts
  3. 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  4. 1/4 cup mixed seeds                     
  5. 60 g dried apricots, or any other dried fruit

Instructions

  1. Lightly roast the nuts and seeds for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Set them aside and let them cool.
  3. Combine with the dried fruit and store in a clean jar at room temperature.
