Bombay "Chaat" Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup uncooked beans/sprouts 
  2. 3 tbsp. cottage cheese
  3. 1.5 cups vegetables 
  4. 1 green chilli, chopped
  5. 1 tsp. lemon juice
  6. 1 tbsp. chaat masala
  7. Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the beans over night for 8 hours. Then cook in a pressure cooker with 1.5 cups of water for 3 whistles.
  2. Drain the excess water and let it cool.
  3. Mix with the other ingredients and serve!
