Egg Salad

Ingredients

  1. 4 boiled eggs
  2. 1/2 cup diced celery 
  3. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1 teaspoon mustard
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. Pinch of black pepper
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Instructions

1. Dice the peeled eggs. Place in a large mixing bowl, then add the celery, Greek yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, and dill. Stir to combine.

2. Serve egg salad as a sandwich or on a bed of greens!
