Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup curd
  2. 50 g shredded cabbage
  3. 50 g shredded carrots
  4. 1 tbsp Olive oil
  5. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  6. Salt & pepper

Instructions

Add vinegar and olive oil to curd. Whip well.

Drain the carrots and cabbage and add to the curd mixture.

Add salt and pepper to taste.                                   

Refrigerate and serve.
