BURGERS TO BEASTS by Kripa Jalan

Our Mission

“Be The Best You”

Look at our ancestors – they were lean, athletic and agile. Us, on the other hand find ourselves moving from car to carpet. It’s no coincidence that there are so many new lifestyle diseases on the rise. We’re glued to a chair most of the day, we rarely spend time eating mindfully, we draw a massive amount of food from packages, we consume more sugar than what is good for us, we live high stress lives! When things hit rock bottom, we have our “aha” moment and call upon change. But our health is more than training, it’s more than nutrition, it’s also our mental well – being.

In a day and age where a big part of our lives is the Internet, we have access to a plethora of information. One-day carbs are good for us, the next day we see an article telling us the exact opposite. One-day fats are responsible for our expanding waistlines and deteriorating health, one day high fat diets are all the rage. So who is to know, what to believe? Truth be told, no food group is actually “bad” for us. We look at food as fuel, when it’s so much more than that – it’s micronutrients, it nourishment, it’s healing, it’s meant to make us feel happy and whole.

There is no one size fit’s all approach. What may work for someone else, may not work for us. Think about how differently each and everyone of us react to everyday situations. One can only imagine, how differently we’d react to the same stimulus, including the foods we ingest. The best part, we eliminate guesswork – we take care of you, your needs and goals. We simply teach you how to eat better.

Our goal is taking what’s working and improvising on it. We as humans are resistant to change; it registers as unnatural with our systems. The more drastic alterations we make, the more unnatural it seems – the more resistant we are subconsciously towards them. We believe in making a few required changes and practicing them consistently. It’s the small habits we inculcate daily that result in big gains in the long term. Taking you out of your comfort zone is never an option.

Don’t worry we wouldn’t recommend you anything we won’t follow ourselves.
