Ingredients

200g no sugar added Greek yoghurt

1-2 tbsp. seeds/protein powder

1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (optional) 

Optional – Once taken out of the freezer top it with: Berries, chopped dates, or nuts and seeds

Instructions

Mix ingredients into yoghurt and freeze for 30-45 mins before serving.
