Ingredients

½ tsp. turmeric

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of black pepper

1 tsp. ginger, grated

1 lemon, juiced

1 cup water

1 tsp. raw honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Turn off the heat, add the turmeric, black pepper, ginger, and cinnamon.
  3. Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Strain the liquid, add the honey and lemon and serve warm!
