Gluten-Free, No Added Sugar

½ cup frozen berries
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
2 raw walnuts
½ cup unsweetened milk of choice
½ cup water
Ice, optional
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Notes:
Most store-bought plant-based milks contain Sunflower Lecithin, added sugars, and other mystery ingredients!
