Ingredients

½ cup milk of choice

¼ cup yogurt

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons finely chopped raw almonds 

¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon raw honey 

Optional toppings: fresh fruit, shredded unsweetened coconut, and/or chopped toasted almonds or walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, yogurt, chia seeds, raw nuts, vanilla, and honey (or other sweetener). 
  2. Transfer to a small serving glass or bowl.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve topped with fresh berries, coconut, and/or toasted nuts.
