Grilled Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

150 g boneless chicken cubes

1 tbsp. raw honey

1/4th cup soy sauce

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste

Skewers/toothpicks

coconut oil

 

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, honey and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Marinade the chicken well.
  4. Place 2-3 pieces on each skewer.
  5. Set aside in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Cook the skewers for about 5 minutes per side, or until charred.
