Ingredients

3 tbsp. brown rice or oat flour

1 heaped tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Pinch of salt 

1/4th tsp. baking powder

3 tbsp. milk

1 tbsp. coconut oil

2 tsp. xylitol, stevia, or monk fruit sweetener

Vanilla essence
 

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. You can skip this step, if you choose to and simply mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Add in the coconut oil, milk, vanilla essence, and sweetener.
  3. Mix the ingredients well and microwave for 45 seconds.
  4. Serve hot!
