Ingredients

Chocolate mixture

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp maple syrup 

Toppings

1 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp cashews

1/4 cup granola

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

 

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil in a large bowl then mix remaining ingredients together.
  2. Cover an 8x8 dish with parchment paper and pour liquid mixture over the top.
  3. Freeze for about 5-7 minutes until majority of mixture has set, but soft enough so that the toppings stick.
  4. Top with chia seeds, granola, coconut flakes, cashews, and drizzled nut butter.
  5. Freeze for another 20 minutes, remove from freezer and break into large pieces. Store in airtight container in the freezer.
